This Privacy Policy explains how Relosys, Inc. ("Relosys," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with:
LaborNet, our platform connecting moving laborers ("Laborers") with van lines, agents, drivers, and other moving companies ("Members");Tagdd+, our inventory and shipment tracking platform, including Tagdd+ Movers, Tagdd+ Storage, and Tagdd+ Home; and
our websites, including relosys.com, labornetapp.com, and tagdd.io,
together with related apps, portals, and communications (the "Services"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service.
When we act on behalf of a business. When a moving or storage company uses Tagdd+ to record inventory, photos, and shipment information about its own customers, we process that information on the company's behalf as its service provider. If you are a customer of a moving or storage company, that company's privacy policy governs its use of your information, and you should direct privacy requests to that company. We will assist it in responding.
Background check information. Background checks for LaborNet are prepared by an independent consumer reporting agency and are also governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. See Section 4.
Notice at collection. This Privacy Policy serves as our notice at collection under California law. The categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use them, whether we sell or share them, and how long we keep them are described in Sections 1, 2, 3, and 8.

1.7 Sensitive Personal Information
Some information we collect is considered sensitive under certain state laws: Social Security number, driver's license, and government ID numbers; precise geolocation; biometric information; account login credentials; and criminal history information contained in background checks. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the Services you request, verify identity, perform background checks and eligibility review, prevent fraud and protect safety and security, and comply with law, and not to infer characteristics about you.
1.8 Sources
We collect personal information from you; from Members and Customers (for example, when a Member invites you or a Customer records a shipment); from our Screening Provider and identity verification provider; from our GPS tracking partner; from app stores and payment processors; from analytics providers; and from your devices when you use the Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
Provide the Services, including creating and managing accounts, matching Laborers with jobs, scheduling, messaging, inventory and shipment tracking, and processing purchases and Gifts;
Verify identity, including at signup and on jobsites;
Order background checks and make CID eligibility decisions, including issuing, renewing, and ending CIDs and Snapshot CIDs, and sending required notices;
Share CID status with Members as you direct;
Communicate with you, including account, transactional, and legal notices, job alerts, verification codes, support, and, with your consent, marketing;
Secure and protect the Services, our users, and the public, including detecting and preventing fraud, identity theft, and misuse;
Improve and develop the Services, including analyzing usage and training and improving AI features using de-identified or aggregated data where practical;
Comply with law, respond to legal process, enforce our Terms, and establish or defend legal claims; and
for any other purpose we describe when we collect the information, with your consent.
2.1 AI and Automated Decision-Making
We use automated tools, including AI, to compare ID photos with live photos, recognize and describe inventory items, match Laborers with jobs, and transcribe calls. A Screening Provider may compare background check results against Relosys's written eligibility criteria to assist our review. CID eligibility decisions are made by Relosys, and you may ask that a person review any eligibility decision by contacting privacy@relosys.com. Before any adverse eligibility decision, you will receive the notices and opportunity to respond described in our Terms of Service and Section 4. Where state law gives you the right to opt out of, or to receive information about, automated decision-making, you may exercise it as described in Section 10.
3. How We Disclose Information
3.1 At Your Direction
CID status. If you are a Laborer and authorize it, we share your name, photo, CID number, CID status, and background check completion date with Members you work for, apply to, or choose to share with. Members see only whether your CID is "Active" or "Not cleared to work," never the reason. We do not share your background check report with Members except as required by law or with your separate written authorization.
Profiles and endorsements. Information you choose to display, such as endorsements, is shared with Members who view your profile.
Tagdd+ Home. Your inventory is shared with movers, insurers, or others you choose.
Disclosures you direct are not a "sale" of personal information.
3.2 Service Providers
We disclose personal information to companies that perform services for us under contracts that limit their use of it to providing those services, including:
our background screening provider (a consumer reporting agency);
our identity verification provider;
GPS and tracking providers;
cloud hosting, database, and storage providers;
messaging, email, voice, and AI providers that help us send communications and operate features;
payment processors and app stores; and
analytics, customer support, and security providers.
3.3 Members, Customers, and Gift Purchasers
When a Member engages you through LaborNet, the Member receives the job-related information needed to schedule and work with you.
When a Customer uses Tagdd+, its authorized users can access its Customer Data, including information you record while working for it.
If someone purchases a Gift for you, they see only whether you hold an active CID that you have chosen to share with them. They do not receive your background check report, results, or eligibility determination.
3.4 Other Disclosures
Subsidiaries: to Relosys subsidiaries, which must follow this Privacy Policy. We do not disclose personal information to other affiliated companies for their own purposes.
Legal and safety: to comply with law, subpoenas, court orders, or government requests; to enforce our Terms; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Relosys, our users, or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
With your consent: for any other purpose with your consent.
3.5 No Sale
We do not sell personal information, and we do not sell or share personal information of anyone we know to be under 16. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising except as described in Section 7, where you can opt out. We never sell or share background check information, biometric information, or mobile numbers and text messaging consent.
4. Background Check Information
LaborNet background checks are prepared by an independent consumer reporting agency (currently JD Palatine, LLC, dba JDP) only after you receive a standalone disclosure and give your written authorization. Background check information is also governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA") and state consumer reporting laws, which give you rights including:
the right to receive a copy of your report and a summary of your rights before any adverse eligibility decision based on it;
the right to obtain a free copy of your file from the consumer reporting agency and to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information directly with it; and
the right to have your report used only for permissible purposes.
We use background check information only to make CID eligibility decisions, send required notices, maintain required records, respond to disputes and legal claims, and comply with law. We keep reports and related records in restricted-access systems available only to personnel who need them. To the extent background check information is regulated by the FCRA, certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, may not apply to it, but we protect it as sensitive personal information regardless.
To request a copy of your report or dispute its contents, contact the consumer reporting agency listed in your background check disclosure. You may also contact us at privacy@relosys.com.
5. Biometric Information Policy
This Section is Relosys's publicly available written policy for biometric identifiers and biometric information (together, "Biometric Data"), including under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act, and the Washington biometric identifier law.
What we collect. When you verify your identity on LaborNet, our identity verification provider may create a mathematical representation of your facial geometry from your live photo and your ID photo to determine whether they match.
Purpose. We use Biometric Data only to verify your identity at signup and on jobsites, and to detect and prevent fraud and identity theft. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Consent. We will not collect, capture, or obtain your Biometric Data unless you first receive this notice, including the specific purpose and length of time it will be kept, and give your written (including electronic) consent in the App. If you do not consent, you may ask to verify your identity another way by contacting support@relosys.com, although some features may take longer.
Disclosure. We disclose Biometric Data only to our identity verification provider, which processes it on our behalf under a contract requiring it to follow this policy, or as required by law, subpoena, or warrant. We never sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from Biometric Data.
Retention and destruction. We, and our identity verification provider, permanently destroy Biometric Data on the earliest of: (a) when the purpose for collecting it has been satisfied, such as when you close your LaborNet account; (b) one year after your last interaction with LaborNet; or (c) three years after your last interaction with Relosys. Biometric Data is never kept longer than permitted by applicable law.
Security. We store, transmit, and protect Biometric Data using a reasonable standard of care for our industry, in a manner that is the same as or more protective than how we protect other confidential and sensitive information.
Questions. Contact privacy@relosys.com about this policy or to request deletion of your Biometric Data.
6. Communications
Text messages. If you opt in, we send text messages as described in our Terms of Service, including verification codes, job alerts, status updates, and, with separate consent, promotional messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
Calls. With your consent, we and our service providers may call you using automated systems or AI voice agents. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and we will tell you at the start of any recorded call. We use recordings and transcripts to provide the Services, for quality and training, and to keep records.
Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email. You will continue to receive account, transactional, and legal emails while your account is active.
Push notifications. You can turn off push notifications in your device settings.
Invitations. If a LaborNet user asks us to invite you, we will use the contact information they provide to send the invitation and no more than one reminder. You can opt out of further invitations by replying STOP or using the link in the message.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our Websites use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the sites, remember preferences, understand how visitors use them, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Some of these technologies are provided by third parties, such as analytics and advertising platforms, which may collect information about your activity on our Websites and other sites over time.
Our mobile apps do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not use background check, biometric, precise location, or other sensitive information for advertising.
Your choices.
Opt out of sharing for targeted advertising by using the "Your Privacy Choices" link on our Websites.
Global Privacy Control. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for targeted advertising for that browser.
Cookie settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work.
Do Not Track. Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" signals other than Global Privacy Control, we do not respond to them.

9. Security, Children, and Your Choices
9.1 Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive information, role-based access controls, and contractual security requirements for our service providers.
